The existing house was a large, detached villa in an Art Deco style, built around 1915, set on a generous piece of land, surrounded by woodlands on three sides.
The project included large, front triple garage, designed in the same style as the rest of the existing house, together with large, luxury rear swimming pool and master suite extension. The addition will add privacy to the large rear garden, while creating extensive relaxation and entrainment areas.
The architectural design to the rear of the house is contemporary, linking effortlessly to the art deco style of the existing detached dwelling.
