This contemporary bespoke home has been designed by Zub Architecture for a secluded countryside plot between Blackpool and Poulton-le-Fylde. The proposal features 5x bedrooms and extensive, open plan living areas, overlooking the countryside to the rear. It's clean and minimal elevations feature delicate protruding brick patterns, complimented by vertical pattern timber cladding with concealed garage door.
This deceivingly large house consist of two equal width, but staggered wings - linked with the central, glazed link corridor, that culminates at the rear patio with feature tree in the centre. The extensive open plan living areas, together with the terraces, external fireplace, atrium and wide glazed sliding doors to the rear are designed in a way that allows the garden 'flow' in to the house.
