This contemporary bungalow has been designed with in/out living in mind, set over a lake with extensive covered entertaining areas connected to inside through large expanses of glazed sliding doors and seamlessly flowing floor finish.
It's front minimal and understated façade is simple, but it has a very strong, elegant architectural aesthetic.
The main materials used for this project are: standing seam metal cladding, dark render and timber cladding, complemented by exposed dark grey steel framing and windows.
This modern bespoke bungalow will be part of a private estate set within Fylde's open countryside, with additional ancillary buildings - all designed with the same minimal architectural aesthetic.
