This residential development on the edge on Poulton-le-Fylde Conservation Area has been designed by Carter Zub Building Consultancy, an award winning architectural and building surveying practice.
This apartment block has been carefully created to make the most of the challenging site, while respecting the context around it. The proposal is going to replace the historic Royal Oak pub, which was demolished in 2017.
The new proposal is a contemporary take on a traditional Victorian architecture, featuring extensive glazing, and modern standing seam zinc cladding. The scheme includes 16x apartments, including 4x stylish duplexes, and vaulted ceiling top floor units.
Since the planning permission was granted, Carter-Zub has separated, with Zub Architecture continuing to deliver high quality architectural design services, maintaining its reputation created under the Carter-Zub brand.
