This charming property is set on a very generous parcel of land, overlooking Lancashire’s countryside. Over the years this property has been modified and extended to meet it’s owners evolving requirements.
Zub Architecture has undertaken an architectural feasibility exercise, exploring the ways in which the house can be visually merged into one aesthetically pleasing form, together with a bold central entrance and landscaping, that would guide and invite the visitors in. The existing entrance has been ‘rebranded’ to ‘side entrance’ and re-designed to include a boot room.
The proposed alterations, although fairly simple in construction, have completely transformed this family home’s appearance. This elevational re-design is a well-balanced, elegant blend of contemporary and traditional architectural features.
